Yes — it’s part of the guest platform, included with every plan. Once you approve your invitation, one design becomes one file per guest: each carries that guest’s own name, a greeting in their own language (English, French, Spanish, Italian, German or Portuguese), their household or plus-one, their table, their posting address on the envelope, and a QR code unique to them that opens their own RSVP page.

Lines that don’t apply to a guest are removed rather than left blank, so nobody gets a card with an empty space where a name should be. The same personalisation works on envelopes, place cards, event badges, RSVP cards, save the dates and thank-you cards.

You press generate once and everything comes back ready to print, with a list matching each file to the guest it belongs to and printing notes for your print shop. A long guest list arrives as more than one numbered zip file — print-quality PDFs are too large to send as a single download. Yes — the guest platform is included with every plan. Your portal runs the guest side of your event — build your guest list grouped by household, track who's attending, who's declined, and who hasn't responded yet, add a gift registry (a simple link or an itemized list guests can claim so nothing is bought twice), and give every guest their own QR code that opens their personal RSVP page. Once your invitation design is approved, you can generate a personalized, QR-coded invitation and envelope for every guest, plus a seating chart built from your replies. Once your event has passed, all your designs and files stay in your portal — re-downloadable at any time for one year after your event.

Your portal is organized into five simple stages: Your Vision — your briefing, where you share the story, colors, and details behind your event; Moodboards — where you review and choose the moodboard the house proposes; Your Designs — where each piece arrives for you to approve or request changes on; Your Complete Suite — where every approved, final file lives and is ready to download; and Your Guests — where you manage your guest list, RSVPs, and personalized invitations. Everything autosaves as you go, and your billing and account details are always one click away from the header. Your portal stays accessible for a full year after your event.

Every suite is created from scratch for your event. We do not use templates. Your vision — names, dates, venue, color palette, tone of voice — shapes every design decision. No two suites are identical. Every suite passes through our house method — moodboard, execution, and a quality review against our own standards — before you ever see it.

Where we tend to help most: speed (two full moodboards within 48 hours, not weeks), scope (a full suite — invitation through table numbers — designed as one cohesive world, rather than commissioned piece by piece from different vendors), and built-in quality control (every piece passes our house critic gates before you see it, with two rounds of changes included). Yes. Every file comes as a print PDF in CMYK, and every download includes a specification sheet measured from the files themselves — the exact finished size and colour profile of each piece, written down for your printer. You also receive a Print Specifications Guide with paper stock recommendations and a ready-to-send message for your printer. We don't print in-house; before you place an order we confirm trim, bleed and finishing with whoever is printing, so nothing is discovered on press.

There, you submit your vision briefing: the names being celebrated, your date and venue, the colors and feeling you want, and anything that inspires you. Your designer begins within 24 hours and presents two moodboards within 48 hours. You choose the one that feels right, and we craft every piece of your suite in that direction — your finished suite is delivered within 3–5 business days of your choice. As pieces arrive in your portal, you approve what’s ready and request changes on what isn’t — with two rounds of changes across your whole suite. Once everything is approved, your designer prepares your final files and delivers them to your portal: ready to share, send, and print.

No — everything happens through your private online portal, from your vision briefing to final delivery. We work with clients worldwide, entirely virtually.

Your vision briefing is completed inside your portal after purchase. It walks you through everything gently: who the celebration is for, the date and venue, colors that speak to you, the feeling you want to evoke, the typography style that feels like you, the language of your materials, and any images from your world. Only the essentials are required; everything else can be a few words or skipped entirely. The practical details — menu dishes, table plans, paper and finish — aren't needed to start: once you've approved your moodboard, a short Production Details step collects them whenever they're settled. No mood board needed — even a feeling is enough to start.

Your designer begins within 24 hours of receiving your completed vision. Right after payment, you’ll receive an email with your personal access code and a direct link to your private portal — use it to log in and complete your vision briefing.

We take orders at least 7 days before your event, and longer for the larger suites — 14 days for a 6- or 9-piece suite, 21 days for a 12-piece Premier and 28 days for a 16-piece Grande. Bespoke work at shorter notice isn’t something we offer, so checkout won’t accept a closer date. If your date is flexible or you’re unsure, write to hello@evorrah.com first.

After your first draft is delivered in your client portal, you can review each piece and either approve or request changes. Revisions are submitted directly in the portal — and you have two rounds of changes across your whole suite (each round batches all your notes on every piece into one pass). Before that, at the moodboard stage, you have two further rounds: if neither direction is right, tell us what to change and we rework it. The moodboard rounds are separate and do not use up your suite rounds.

Simply choose the Full Suite (9 pieces) when booking — or if you decide you need more after delivery, you can upgrade inside your client portal.

We deliver print-ready PDFs at 300 dpi with bleed and crop marks, and every download includes a specification sheet measured from the files themselves — the exact finished size and colour profile of each piece, written down for your printer. If your printer wants CMYK, ask us and we will convert any piece to PDF/X-4 before you send it to press. Printing is arranged by you, through your preferred local printer or online service.
