You make every decision that matters; you just stop doing the work around them. Three things make that literal rather than reassuring: you read every guest message exactly as your guests will receive it before it sends, one control stops everything already in flight, and who handles what is a setting you change area by area — hand a job over, or take it back, at any point.

Weddings, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, baptisms, bar and bat mitzvahs, galas, corporate anniversaries, brand launches, dinners — 50+ events so far, across three continents. If it has guests, we can handle it.

Changes are where event stress actually lives, so changes are the core of what we do. A guest drops out, a household grows, a dietary need appears — the RSVP updates, the seating adjusts, the counts correct, the right people are informed. You see the change; you don’t chase it.

Six months out is comfortable for a full-scale event; larger and destination events benefit from more. But we’ve picked up events much closer to the date — the system is built to compress the timeline without compressing you.

What we handle is the event itself, in twelve services, ordered by how much of the event they take on. 01–04 communicate it — the guest list, the personalized invitations, the replies, the messages. 05–08 coordinate it — the event website, the chasing, the seating, the timeline. 09–12 operate it — the door, the night, the event recap, and several events run as one. A design is a finished piece from the Evorrah Design Collection — invitation, menu, program, monogram — all designed as one identity. Your plan takes the first four services, the first eight, or all twelve; the Collection holds 44 pieces, and your plan chooses 6, 9 or 12 of them.

No — we’re not a venue or vendor broker. Evorrah handles the layer that actually consumes your time: the guests, the designs, the communications, the coordination, the changes, and the arrival. Your venue and vendors plug into an event that is already organized.

No — we design them, you print them. Every piece is delivered as a production-ready file, CMYK at 300 dpi with bleed and trim set, alongside a Print Guide naming the stock, technique, finish and trim size for each one and how many of each to order. You take that to your own printer, or to one your venue already works with, and you pay them directly. The choice of paper and press stays yours, and you are never marked up on someone else’s production.

No. We do not call, email or negotiate with your venue, caterer, florist or printer — those relationships stay yours, along with the bookings and the payments. What we do is make sure the people helping have what they need without it going through you: on Fully Handled, each supplier gets a link carrying only the part that concerns them — the arrival plan, the kitchen counts — and confirms it there. Your planner or coordinator is different: they get their own named login and work inside the event alongside you.

Yes. The plans are one system, not three products — moving from Essentials to Whole Event, or Whole Event to Fully Handled, unlocks the rest of what we handle over the event you already have. Nothing is rebuilt, nothing is lost.

Yes. On Fully Handled, events that belong to one celebration — a welcome dinner, the ceremony, a farewell brunch — are run together as one event family: one celebration, one commission, one roster of your people underneath, and one design world across the days. Each event still keeps its own replies, seating and arrival — a decline on Friday never silences a Saturday invitation. No. Your list is kept between events — households, plus-ones, dietary notes, addresses, who replied and who had to be chased. For the next event you tell us who it’s for, and we filter the list you already have: her side only, the family, the neighbours, everyone who came last time. A daughter’s wedding in June and a son’s baptism in October are two events built from one list, not two lists built from scratch.

Yes. On Whole Event that person has a name — a named event lead, replying within one business day. On Fully Handled the named event lead replies the same business day, and inside the event-day window a message is answered within five minutes — that five-minute window is on Fully Handled and on no other plan. On Essentials it is email support, answered within two business days. Evorrah is an AI-Native Services (AINS) company, which means the chasing, the counting and the reconciling that used to eat your evenings is done by software — and the judgement is not. A person answers you, and nothing reaches your guests that you have not read first.
