How It Works
Simple. Precise.
Two moodboards. You pick one. Every piece designed from it, then delivered as files you can print anywhere. No calls at any point, and nothing waits on a meeting being scheduled.
01
Five steps, start to finish.
You share the vision
A short form — about ten minutes, and it saves as you go, so you can stop and come back. Ten sections covering the people, the feeling, the colour and the typography. Visual answers, not essays: you tap moods and palettes rather than writing paragraphs. More than eighty occasions are on file, so the questions you are asked fit your actual event.
We build your moodboards
Your designer creates two tailored moodboards within 48 hours. Each is a complete visual world with its own palette, typography and atmosphere — never one take-it-or-leave-it. You choose the one that feels right, and it becomes the foundation for everything that follows.
We design your world
Every piece of your suite is designed from your chosen direction — invitation through menus, signage and beyond. Three to nine pieces depending on your plan, one identity carried through all of them, delivered within 3–5 business days of your choice.
You refine it
Two rounds of changes are included on every piece, at no extra charge. You ask for them in your portal in plain English — larger name, warmer paper, a different crop — and there is a separate channel for questions so asking one never costs you a revision.
You celebrate
Print-ready files at 300 dpi for your local printer, plus digital versions for screen, email and social. If you have added the guest platform, this is also where the invitations go out addressed to each guest by name, and the replies start coming back.
02
What you do, and what we do.
Your part
About twenty minutes, total.
Ten minutes on the brief. A few minutes choosing between the two moodboards. And whatever time you want to spend asking for changes. That is the whole of it — there is no meeting to attend and no call to schedule.
Our part
Everything else.
The creative direction, both moodboards, every piece of the suite, the print specification, the wording in the right register for your occasion, and the files in every format your printer or your phone will ask for.
03
What arrives — and what does not.
Worth being plain about, because it is the question that most often makes a first-time visitor leave to think about it.
You receive files, not post. Nothing is printed or shipped by us. You get print-ready PDFs at 300 dpi to take to a local printer, and digital versions sized for screen, email and social.
That is deliberate: it means you can print locally at whatever quality and budget suits you, on paper you have touched, without international shipping on a deadline. The print specification guide tells your printer exactly what to do.
It also means the whole thing works from anywhere in the world, which is why there are no consultations to attend and no showroom to visit.
04
What a moodboard actually looks like.
One of two you would receive. Not a Pinterest grid — every tile explains a specific part of the direction: the palette, the typography in real use, the materials, and how the world becomes an invitation.
