Text Messages
Who we text, why, how they agreed, and how to stop

Who sends these messages
Messages are sent by Evorrah, a bespoke event design studio operated by Innovatech Brazil LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal office in Florida, doing business as Evorrah. Our website is evorrah.com. For anything at all about our messages, write to hello@evorrah.com.
Every message identifies Evorrah and the event it concerns. We send on behalf of the person hosting the event — the bride and groom, the parents, the company — never on behalf of an advertiser, and never for our own marketing.
What messages a guest receives
Text messages are used for one thing: running the event a guest has been invited to. In practice that is:
- The invitation and RSVP link — a link to reply yes or no, and to give the details the host asked for.
- Reminders — a nudge as the RSVP deadline approaches, and again close to the event.
- Day-of details — arrival time, address, entry pass, table, and anything the host changes at the last minute.
- Messages from the host — announcements the host chooses to send to their guest list.
- Replies — if a guest texts back, their message is passed to the host by email. Hosts do not text guests back from Evorrah; a reply, if one is needed, comes from the host directly or from Evorrah.
We do not send marketing, offers, or promotions by text, to guests or to anyone else.
How a guest consents
This is the part that matters most, so it is set out in full.
Consent is given to the host, and recorded by the host. Guests are invited by someone they know. The host — or Evorrah acting for them — asks the guest whether they are happy to receive event updates by text, in the same conversation in which they collect the guest’s phone number. That is the moment of consent.
The host then records it in their private Evorrah portal, on the guest’s own record, by ticking a box that reads exactly this:
Reproduced from the Evorrah guest record. The box is only offered once a phone number has been entered, and it applies to that number alone.
The system will not text a guest unless all of the following are true, checked again on every single message:
- the guest has a valid phone number in international format;
- consent has been recorded against that guest;
- the recorded consent is for that exact number — if the number is later corrected or replaced, the consent no longer matches and texting stops until it is confirmed again;
- the guest has not opted out, and the number is not on our suppression list.
If any one of those is missing, no message is sent. There is no way for a host to text a guest who has not been recorded as consenting, and no way to bulk-tick consent for a list.
How to stop them
Reply STOP to any message. That is enough, and it takes effect immediately. We also accept STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, END, SAIR and BAJA.
Opting out is recorded against the number itself, not only against a guest record — so it holds even if we cannot tell which guest sent it, and it holds across every event that number appears in.
Only the guest can undo it. Replying START (or UNSTOP) restores messages. A host cannot re-enable a number that has opted out, and re-ticking the consent box does not override a STOP.

Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies by event and is low by design — a typical guest receives a handful of messages across the life of one event, concentrated around the invitation, the RSVP deadline, and the day itself. Guests are not messaged outside local waking hours.
Message and data rates may apply. Evorrah does not charge guests for messages; your mobile carrier may. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your data
Phone numbers are provided by the host, who is responsible for their own guest list. We use a guest’s number to run their host’s event and for nothing else — we never sell it, never rent it, and never market to it. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy, and the terms covering the service are in our Terms of Service.
To have a number removed from our records entirely, rather than merely stopped, write to hello@evorrah.com.
