The story
Why Evorrah exists
When Bryan was planning his own wedding, the happiest day of his life slowly turned into a project he was managing on nights and weekends.
The guest list lived in one spreadsheet, the RSVPs in another. The designs were in one inbox, the vendor threads in three more. Every change — a household growing, a guest dropping out, a dietary need appearing two weeks before the date — meant an evening of updates, messages, and second-guessing. The stress, the mess, and the sheer administration of it steadily crowded out the part that was supposed to be joyful: the fact that everyone he loved was about to be in one room.
Somewhere between the third seating revision and the hundredth reminder message, the question became obvious: why does hosting the people you love require becoming an operations manager?
So he decided to build the thing he’d needed — a company that takes the coordination, the organization, and the stressful part of events off the host entirely. Not a tool that gives you more dashboards to manage. A team, with a system, that manages them for you.

A letter from the founder
Hey — I’m Bryan, and I’m building Evorrah. It started because I was organizing an event myself and kept thinking: why is this so hard? The meaningful parts were easy. The exhausting part was everything around them — guests, RSVPs, messages, designs, seating, reminders, changes. Instead of enjoying the event, I was managing it.
What bothered me most was how fragmented everything felt. The invitation lived in one place, the guest list in another, the RSVPs somewhere else. Every change created more work. Nothing was connected, so I became the connection. That’s when I knew there had to be a better way.
But I didn’t want to build another event platform. Giving someone another dashboard doesn’t remove the work — it just organizes it. Evorrah is built around a simpler idea: you tell us what you want, we handle the work, and we bring you in only when a decision actually needs you.
I also believe technology should never remove the human part of an event. It should remove the administration around it. Evorrah connects the invitation, guests, RSVPs, communications, designs, seating and arrival into one experience, while you stay focused on the people and the moments that matter.
That’s what “Your event, handled” means to me. Evorrah is the experience I wish I had when I was organizing an event myself: less managing, less chasing, less complexity — and more time to actually enjoy what you’re creating.
