One address reaches the whole house. There is no phone line and no call booking — we work in writing so that everything about your event stays in one place, and so that nothing depends on catching someone at their desk.
If you are a client
Everything about your commission lives in your portal — your brief, your designs, your approvals and your files. Message us from inside it and your note arrives attached to your event, which is faster than email. If you cannot get in, write to the address above and we will send you a fresh link.
If you received a message about an event
If a host used us to send you an invitation, an RSVP link or an update about their event:
- To stop text messages — reply STOP to any message. That number is opted out immediately and we will send one confirmation and nothing after it. Reply START to opt back in.
- To stop emails — use the unsubscribe link at the foot of the message.
- To correct your details, or to ask what we hold about you — write to the address above. Please mention the event, so we can find you.
Message and data rates may apply from your own mobile carrier. We never sell or share phone numbers. How we handle all of this is set out in the privacy policy.
If you are thinking about commissioning something
