Questions
Before you decide.
How is the price decided?
Two things, and nothing else. First, what kind of occasion it is — there are six categories, and they differ by how much research and how many specialised pieces the occasion needs. Second, how many pieces you want: 3, 6 or 9 — the prices on this page. Four of the six categories go further still, with a 12-piece Premier and a 16-piece Grande; those appear in the booking window once you choose Religious Milestones, Life Milestones, Custom Events or Brand & Business. There is no quote, no hourly rate and no per-guest charge.
What changes between the plan sizes?
The number of designed pieces, and nothing about the quality or the process. Every plan gets the same two moodboards, the same 2 direction rounds, the same 2 suite rounds and the same print-ready files. A Starter is a 3-piece suite designed to the same standard as a Full Suite — it simply covers less of the event. Lead time differs: a Starter can be booked 7 days before the event, a Classic or Full Suite 14 days, a 12-piece Premier 21 days and a 16-piece Grande 28 days.
What pieces can a nine-piece suite include?
You choose them. Across the catalog the available pieces are: Invitation, Save the Date, RSVP Card, Welcome Signage, Menu Card, Place Cards, Table Numbers, Bar & Drink Menu, Thank You Card, Favor Tags, Announcement Card, Order of the Evening, Details Card, Door Card, Branded QR Code, Signature Cocktail Card, Tasting Flight Card, Bottle Tag, Bring-a-Dish Card, Event Identity, Clue Cards, Coat Check Tags, Escort Card, Leftovers & Takeaway Tags, Welcome Gift Set, Kippa Bag Label, Scoreboard / Order of Play, Order of Service, Seating Chart, Custom Monogram, Itinerary Card, Kippah Band, Bencher / Birkon, Advice & Wishes Card, Event Programme, Set List / Running Card, Reveal Card, Event Badge / VIP Pass, Digital Launch Page. Which of these are offered depends on your occasion — an order of service belongs to a ceremony, a bar menu does not.
Do you print and ship the cards?
No, and it is the main thing to know before buying. You receive print-ready files and digital versions; you print at home or take the files to a print shop you like. That is why these prices sit below what a stationer charges — you are buying the design, not the paper, and you keep control of stock, finish and quantity.
Is there a discount for a bigger event?
Price does not move with guest count. A 40-guest dinner and a 400-guest wedding on the same plan pay the same, because the design work is the same. Guest numbers only matter if you add the guest platform, which is sold by plan size and covers up to 1,000 guests at the top.
When do I pay, and what if my event is soon?
You pay once, upfront, at the price on this page — there is no deposit-then-balance. The studio does not take rush work: checkout is refused inside 7 days of the event for a Starter and 14 days for a Classic or Full Suite, rather than charging a surcharge to compress the work.
How long does it take?
Two moodboards within 48 hours of your brief. Once you approve a direction, the finished suite follows in 3–5 business days.
