No need to rush — your files stay here for you to re-download anytime, up to one year after your event. Guests’ event photographs are the one exception: they are kept for 90 days after your event and then deleted, and we email you before that happens.

Any spreadsheet works — all we truly need is a Name column. On a phone, share your contacts as a file and we will read the names out of it. Everything else is optional and can be edited later. Download a starter template, or one with every field.
If you fill a Text permission column, only mark “Yes” for guests who personally agreed to receive texts — a phone number alone isn’t permission, and you’re responsible for it.

Your guests' details stay private to your event — encrypted in transit, never sold or shared, and used only to create and send your stationery. This list holds personal information, so open it on your own device rather than a shared or public one. How we protect your data ↗

Cancellation & Refunds

Changed your mind, or need to cancel? Email us from the address on your account, at any time. Before you submit Your Vision — a full refund, no questions asked. After you submit Your Vision — no refund: design work begins within 24 hours of your answers, so submitting them is the point of no return. Cancelling then stops further work and closes the project, but does not reverse payment. If you would rather delay or pause, tell us and we will reschedule with you. Email hello@evorrah.com and we’ll always look for the best resolution. If a charge looks wrong — the wrong amount, a duplicate, or one you do not recognise — write to us first: most billing errors are settled directly, and faster than a bank dispute. The binding wording is in our terms.
