Bespoke event design — service agreement

Last updated: July 31, 2026 · Version 2026-07-31

1. Scope of work

Each suite is created bespoke for your event, based on the briefing you submit through your private portal. Designs are not templated; every element is composed from scratch around your event details, colour palette, and tone of voice.

Suites are offered across six occasion collections (Everyday, Seasonal, Religious, Milestone, Custom, and Brand) in three sizes:

Every suite also includes your Moodboards, your event style guide, a guide for your vendors, and Social Assets at no additional cost.

2. Briefing & revisions

Design work begins within 24 hours of receiving your completed briefing. Revisions are submitted directly through your private portal.

There are two stages, and each has its own allowance.

Your creative direction. We present two moodboards — two distinct directions for your event — within 48 hours of your briefing. You choose one. If neither is right, or you would like elements of both, you have two rounds of changes at this stage: tell us what to change and we will rework the direction and present it again. This is the stage where we would much rather hear everything you are thinking, because the direction you approve here is what the whole suite is then built from.

Your suite. Once you approve a direction, your suite includes two rounds of revisions. A round is one pass across the whole suite: you review everything that has been delivered, gather all your notes together, and send them in one go — we then work through every note and return the revised pieces for another look. Notes on five different pieces in a single pass count as one round, not five. Rounds beyond your suite's allocation can be added at any time for a flat fee, shown in your portal before you commit to one.

If you reach the end of either allowance and something still is not right, write to us. We would rather talk it through with you than have you spend another round guessing.

3. Payment

Payment is collected up front through Stripe. All transactions are processed securely; we do not store card details. Pricing displayed at checkout is the final price for the suite selected.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@evorrah.com from the address on your account. What happens next depends on how far your project has progressed:

5. Refunds

Because all work is bespoke and design begins immediately after the briefing is received, we do not offer refunds once your briefing has been submitted. If you need to delay or pause your project, please contact us and we will work with you to reschedule.

If you believe a charge was made in error — wrong amount, duplicate charge, or a charge you don't recognize — contact us first at hello@evorrah.com; most billing errors are resolved directly and faster than a bank dispute. If you instead file a chargeback with your card issuer, we will submit evidence of the service provided (your briefing submission, delivered files, portal activity, and correspondence) to your card network within the timeframe it sets. We do not lock portal access while a dispute is open; we resolve it directly with the bank.

6. Delivery & usage

Digital pieces are delivered as shareable links and downloadable files via your private portal, including full-resolution, print-ready files (300 dpi, with bleed marks) for every piece — standard on every plan, not an upgrade. Files are yours to use for your event and personal archives. Designs may not be resold, redistributed as templates, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

All designs remain the intellectual property of Evorrah; you receive a perpetual licence for personal and event-related use. We may use anonymised previews of completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Typefaces, stock imagery, and other third-party materials used in your designs are licensed to us for use in the delivered files; those licences are not transferred to you and do not permit extracting such materials for separate use outside the delivered pieces.

8. Communication

All project communication takes place through your private portal. We respond to messages and approvals within 24 hours on business days.

9. Your content

You confirm that you have the right to share everything you submit to us — names, text, photographs, logos, trademarks, and guest details — and that our use of it to create your suite will not infringe anyone else's rights. Where you upload information about other people (such as your guest list), you confirm you are authorised to share it for the purpose of managing your event. You agree to cover us against claims arising from content you supplied.

10. Limitation of liability

We stand behind our work, and the revision process exists to make it right. Beyond that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you paid for the suite concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as costs of reprinting through third parties, event losses, or lost profits). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Events beyond our control

Neither of us is responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances genuinely beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, widespread outages of our infrastructure providers, and similar). If such an event delays your project, we will tell you promptly and either reschedule delivery or, if your event date cannot be met because of it, refund the undelivered portion.

12. Data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and project data at any time by emailing hello@evorrah.com from the address on your account. Once verified, we permanently delete your client record, project(s), briefing data, delivered files, messages, and notification history from our systems — this cannot be undone, so we'll confirm with you before proceeding. We keep the minimum records financial and tax law require us to retain (e.g. payment records with our processor, Stripe) even after a deletion request; those are retained under Stripe's own data policy, not ours. If your files were included in our portfolio with your consent, deletion also removes them from the portfolio.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy is maintained as a single document at evorrah.com/privacy. It covers what data we collect and why, how we use it, our third-party processors, retention periods, your rights, cookies, and security.

13. Governing law

evorrah.com and the "Evorrah" brand are operated by Innovatech Brazil LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Evorrah. These terms form the agreement between you and that operator. They are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith by direct communication before any formal proceeding; any formal proceeding will be brought in the courts of the State of Florida.
