The platform · 10

The night, kept moving.

On the day the questions come fast: how many are in, who is late, what did the caterer get, has the transport confirmed. One screen answers them from the event itself, and one message reaches a person who can act.

The event-day screen — the live arrivals, the run of the evening and the failure signals — is part of Fully Handled, and is not included in Essentials or The Whole Event. On The Whole Event you still write your running order in your client portal; running it live on the night is Fully Handled. Every plan keeps the printed recovery pack and the fallback sheet.

One screen, the whole night.

Everything an operator needs during a live event, in one request — because a doorway on venue wifi is the worst network there is, and a screen showing half its panels is worse than one that says it could not load.

01

Arrivals, live

Expected against arrived, by household. It counts people, not rows, so a family of four is four.

02

Timing

The run of the evening as planned, and where the night actually is against it.

03

The failure signals

A refused scan, a text that did not land, a device that has not synced. Surfaced, not buried — the failure that hurts is the one nobody carried to a human.

04

Nothing invented

A section that could not be read says so. “Zero failed scans” and “could not check” look identical on a phone and mean opposite things, so here they never look alike.

02

Every supplier, their own part.

01

A link, not a spreadsheet

The caterer, the venue, the transport, the florist: each gets a link carrying only the part of the plan that concerns them — the counts, the timings, the dietary lines — and confirms it there.

02

Your guests’ details stay with you

No supplier, in any role, is sent a guest’s phone number or address. That scope does not exist to be granted.

03

It expires

A link lives for the event and then stops, so a forwarded email is not a permanent window into your celebration.

04

Confirmed, in writing

The run-of-show is held once every supplier has acknowledged theirs. Who has not is a name on a list, not a worry in your head.

03

Before the night.

01

The question only you can answer

A week out, you are asked what you are worried about — the marquee company, the uncle, the weather. Your answer becomes a risk somebody watches, not a feeling you carry alone.

02

The rehearsal

We break the door on purpose at the rehearsal, and record what healed.

03

Last-minute changes, to the right guests

A time that moves, a room that changes, a weather call: sent to the guests who are coming, as an operational note about an event they accepted — and still never to a number that replied STOP.

04

What we do, and what stays yours.

Without

A planner with three phones, a host answering questions during their own speech, and a caterer working from Tuesday’s numbers.

With Evorrah

All of it operated remotely. Your venue, your planner and your team keep the room; Evorrah keeps everything behind it — the counts, the door, the messages, the plan — and on the day, a message to us is answered within five minutes.

What it will not do.

Operating an event is mostly a matter of what you refuse to do. These are standing rules, not settings.

  • Call, email or negotiate with your venue, caterer or florist — those relationships stay yours
  • Show any supplier your guest list
  • Report a number it could not read as zero
  • Run the room — your people keep the floor, we keep what is behind it
  • Send a day-of message you have not read
  • Go quiet when something fails

Your venue and vendors plug into an event that is already organized. That is the whole of what this part does.

Your people keep the room.We keep everything behind it.
