Proposals, read for you
Save a proposal or a contract and Evorrah can copy out its main details — the price, the dates, what is included and what is not — each with the page it came from. You check every detail before it is used. It is a copy of what the document says, never legal advice.
Side by side, honestly
When two proposals cover different services, different hours or a different guest count, you are told before you compare their prices. A detail nobody gave you reads “Not provided”, never a guess.

Why every vendor gets
their own kit.

The florist works from a screenshot of a mood board. The caterer quotes for last month’s guest count. The photographer was told the timings in a voice note, and nobody can say which version of the schedule each of them has.

Each vendor receives one private page with only their part: your approved palette and moodboard for the florist, the date, place and guest range for the caterer, your own questions for both. When your date or venue moves, every kit that carries it is marked as out of date — and you decide what to share again.

Once you approve it, the look of your event — its colors, its type, its atmosphere — guides your invitations, your signage and your event website, and it is what you can choose to hand a vendor. A reference you have not approved is never passed on as decided.
Every Event Kit is suggested for the kind of vendor it is for, and every line in it is yours to keep or remove. You see the finished page as the vendor will see it, you confirm who it is for, and only then is a private link created — or emailed from Evorrah, if you ask.
