A milestone birthday in oranges and blue — and the event you see inside the Evorrah portal on our homepage. Four hundred invited, 382 confirmed, 95% of them before the final week. Valentina’s job was nine approvals. Ours was everything around them.

From the first brief to arrival.
The brief
A significant birthday, a garden venue, and a palette Valentina had loved for years: oranges and blue. Nine designs commissioned; 25 October circled.
Designs, green-lit
Invitation, menu, place cards, table numbers, bar menu — presented in the portal, approved with green taps. One menu card came back red once; it earned its green the next morning.
400 invitations, personalized
Every household got its own copy, its own RSVP link, its own information.
The RSVP tide
Responses flowed in; the quiet ones were reminded on schedule. Confirmation reached 95% with two weeks still on the clock — no chasing by the host.
John isn’t coming
A work trip took out a table-eight regular. The RSVP flipped, seating redrew around the gap, counts and the caterer updated — Valentina saw the change, approved the new table, and that was the whole event’s crisis.
Twelve tasks, closed
Final review in the portal: 12 tasks completed, 8 pending items resolved down to zero. Timeline locked: final review 2:00 PM, cocktail hour 6:00, reception 7:30.
Oranges and blue
382 guests, one long evening, and a host with nothing left to operate. Event progress: 100%. Celebration: complete.
