WhereThe Greenpoint Glasshouse

A brand is born once. NURA’s launch at the Greenpoint Glasshouse put 180 press, buyers and friends of the brand in front of the Roundel — in two precisely-tiered seatings that had to feel like one seamless night.

The whole flow

From the first brief to arrival.

4 months outHandled by Evorrah

The brief

Nine designs around the Roundel mark. Two audiences — press at seven, buyers and friends at nine — with different invitations, different information, and no visible seam.

3 months outYour green light

Two invitations, one identity

Each list got its own invitation, RSVP flow and arrival instructions. The founders approved both tracks side by side in the portal.

6 weeks outHandled by Evorrah

The list, curated live

RSVPs tracked by tier; declines backfilled from the waitlist the same day so the room stayed at exactly 180.

10 days outSomething changed

The press list doubles

Coverage momentum meant forty more press requests than seats. The first seating re-tiered, standing room protocols drawn, and twelve buyers moved to the second seating with personal notes — approved by the founders in one sitting.

Launch nightEvent day

Two seatings, one night

QR check-in sorted tiers at the door without a guest ever seeing a list. The changeover between seatings ran in eleven minutes.

Who actually came

Attendance and engagement analytics by tier delivered to the founders — the launch’s guest data as clean as its design.
