The guest platform

Every reply in one place,
and no spreadsheet.

The easiest way to manage RSVPs for a large event is to stop using a shared form. Every Evorrah guest receives a private reply link — by email, by text, or printed as a code on their invitation — and every answer attaches to a real person on your list. You watch one live count, see exactly who has not replied, and remind only them. Included with every suite.

01

How a reply actually happens.

Your guest opens their own link and sees their own evening — their name, their household, the date and the place, on a page wearing the design you approved rather than a generic form. They answer what you asked: attending or not, dietary needs, whatever the occasion calls for. No account, no password, no app.

The answer lands on your list the moment it is given. Households reply together — one link for the family, while each person inside it still keeps their own seat, their own place card and their own answer.

From your side there is one page: accepted, declined, and — the number that actually runs an event — not yet answered.

02

Why a private link beats one shared form.

Without

A form anyone can fill in.

Names spelled three ways, duplicate entries, a plus-one nobody can attribute — and no way to know who has not replied, because you never knew exactly who replied. The final count gets reconciled by hand against the invitation list, the week you least have time for it.

With Evorrah

A link that knows who it belongs to.

Every reply is already attached to the right person. “Who has not answered?” is a list you open, not a puzzle you solve. And when a name changes or a guest is added, everything downstream — the count, the seating, the place card — already knows.

03

Chasing, without pestering.

A reminder should reach the people who have not replied and nobody else. From the portal you message exactly that group — by email or by text, whichever fits the moment — and the people who answered weeks ago never hear about it.

The house drafts and recommends; you send. Nothing goes out in your name that you have not seen.

04

A reply card, as delivered.

The printed half of the same system — this card carries the guest's own code, and scanning it opens their private reply page.

From a delivered commission · the code is per guest, not per event

05

Where Evorrah fits.

Evorrah is a design house first: you commission an original invitation suite, and the guest platform — RSVPs, households, seating, communications — is included with it at no extra charge. One payment for the event, never a subscription.

That also means this is not standalone RSVP software. If you want a reply form and nothing designed, other tools do that. If you want the invitation, the reply page, the reminders and the seating to be one system in one identity, that is what the house makes.

Asked and answered.

How do I manage RSVPs for a 300-person wedding?
Give every guest their own reply link instead of one shared form. Each answer attaches to a known person, households reply together, and the open question — who has not answered — is a list you can message directly. The Evorrah guest platform does exactly this, for lists up to 2,000 guests, and is included with every suite.
Can guests RSVP for their whole household at once?
Yes. A household receives one invitation and one link, and can answer for everyone in it — while each person still keeps their own seat, place card and dietary note.
How do I remind people who haven't replied without spamming everyone?
The portal lets you message only the guests who have not answered, by email or text. Guests who replied are never contacted, and anyone who opts out is never messaged again.
Do my guests need an account or an app?
No. A guest opens their link — from an email, a text, or the code on their printed invitation — answers, and is done. No account, no password, no mailing list.
Can I collect dietary requirements with the RSVP?
Yes — dietary needs, and whatever else the occasion calls for, are asked on the same private reply page and stored against each guest.
Is this a subscription?
No. The guest platform is included with every Evorrah suite for one payment per event. There is nothing to renew and nothing to cancel.

Evening designed.

The RSVP system arrives with the design — one commission, one payment, one identity. Start with the occasion.
