The guest platform
A different invitation
for every guest.
Yes, this exists. Evorrah designs your invitation once, then produces one file per guest: their name set into the artwork, a greeting in their own language, their table once seating is decided, and a personal code that opens their private reply page. Two hundred guests, two hundred invitations — each one genuinely theirs.
01
What per-guest actually means.
Most “personalised” invitations are one design with a mail-merge name dropped in. This is different in kind: every guest's file is composed from the approved artwork with their details set in the suite's own typography — the same care the invitation itself received, repeated for each person on the list.
It works because the design and the guest list are the same project. The list knows each person's name, household and language; the artwork knows its own rules; the platform joins the two.
02
What each guest's file carries.
Their name, in the suite's type
Set into the artwork, not stamped over it — the difference between addressed and labelled.
Their own language
A guest is greeted in the language they actually speak, set per guest on the list, on the invitation and on their reply page.
Their table, once it exists
When the seating chart is set, each guest's pieces can carry their own table — and if the chart moves, the pieces follow.
Their personal code
A code that belongs to the guest, not to the event. Scanning it opens their private reply page — no shared form, no typing a URL.
03
Why it matters.
A guest keeps what was addressed to them. An invitation that carries your name, your language and your table is not marketing collateral — it is a possession, and it gets treated like one.
Practically, it also closes the loop nothing else closes: the invitation, the reply, the seat and the place card are one record per person, so a late change ripples through everything instead of being fixed in four places.
04
Where Evorrah fits.
Per-guest personalisation is part of the guest platform, which is included with every Evorrah suite — it is not an upsell. You commission the design; the platform personalises it for up to 1,000 guests.
The delivered files are print-ready and screen-ready. Print them with your local printer, send them digitally, or both from the same design.
