Paperless Post
alternatives.

People look for an alternative for three quite different reasons. The right answer depends entirely on which one is yours — so start by working that out, because two of the three have nothing to do with us.

What is the best alternative to Paperless Post?

It depends on why you are leaving. If you want a cheaper or simpler digital invitation, a free tool is the right answer. If you want a design that is genuinely yours rather than a template, you want a design house. If your real problem is managing several hundred guests, you need guest software, and the invitation is the smaller half of the job.

01

First, which problem are you actually solving?

Almost everyone searching for an alternative falls into one of three groups, and they want opposite things. Sorting yourself into the right one takes a minute and saves you evaluating a category that was never going to fit.

Be honest about the third one in particular. A great many people arrive believing they have an invitation problem and discover, around the two-hundred-guest mark, that they have a guest-list problem wearing an invitation's clothes.

02

Three reasons, three different answers.

If your reason is…What you actually wantIs Evorrah it?
"I just want to send a nice digital invitation quickly and cheaply"A free or low-cost digital invitation tool. Fast, template-based, done in an evening.No. We design bespoke suites and there is a real minimum. Use a free tool — it is the right choice.
"The templates all look like templates"A design house that creates an original identity for your event rather than customising a stock layout.Yes — this is precisely what we do.
"I have 300 guests and the spreadsheet has collapsed"Guest management: households, per-guest replies, seating, targeted reminders.Yes — and it is included with every commission rather than sold separately.

Template platforms and design houses are different products.

Not better and worse — different. It is worth being clear about the trade you are making, in both directions.

A template platform

Fast, cheap, and you can see it before you commit

You pick a design, type your details, and send. That is a genuine advantage: it takes an evening, it costs little, and there is no brief to write. The limit is that the design existed before your event did, and thousands of other people have used it.

A design house

Original, coherent across every piece, and slower

The design is made for your event and does not exist anywhere else, so the invitation, menu, signage and website are all recognisably one thing. The cost is that it takes days rather than an evening, involves a brief, and starts at a real price.

Where Evorrah fits.

Evorrah is an event design house with guest-management software attached. Every commission is an original visual identity for one occasion — invitations, menus, place cards, signage and more — and every commission includes the software that runs the guest side: per-guest personalised invitations, RSVP tracking, households, seating and guest communications.

The pricing is one payment per event, from $149 to $3,099 depending on the occasion and how many pieces you need, with no subscription. Files are delivered print-ready and screen-ready.

Two things we do not do, stated plainly because they matter to this decision: we do not print or ship physical cards — you take the print-ready files to a printer — and an event website is a paid add-on rather than part of the suite. If either of those is central to what you were looking for, factor it in now.

How we compare. This page describes business models, not feature lists or prices, for other companies — those change frequently, and a comparison that quotes a rival's price is out of date the week it is written. Every figure given for Evorrah is read directly from our own pricing contract. Check current details with any provider before deciding, including us.

Who is writing this. Evorrah publishes this page and sells one of the options on it, which is a reason to read it sceptically. The answer to that is not to pretend otherwise but to be checkable: every Evorrah figure above appears on the pricing page, limitations included — we do not print or ship, the event website is a paid add-on, and two revision rounds are included rather than unlimited. Where we think a competitor is the better choice, this page says so. If anything here is wrong or has gone out of date, write to hello@evorrah.com and we will correct it.

Common questions

Is there a free alternative to Paperless Post?
Yes — several tools offer free digital invitations and RSVP collection. If a quick, good-looking digital invitation is genuinely all you need, that is the sensible route and you should take it.
What if I want both printed and digital invitations?
Then you want one design produced in both forms, rather than two separate purchases that half-match. That is how a suite is built here: the same approved artwork becomes the print-ready files and the digital pieces.
Do I have to be planning a wedding?
No. Weddings are the largest single category, but the same applies to galas, brand launches, milestone birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs, baptisms, corporate dinners and more.
What is the minimum I can spend with Evorrah?
$149, for a Starter suite of three designs on the lowest occasion tier. The full grid runs to $3,099 for a sixteen-piece Grande suite.
