The brief
Emma wanted Wimbledon in the garden: invitation, RSVP, order of play, menu, place cards and a scoreboard — six pieces, one championship.
Match Point, green-lit
The suite presented and approved in one round. RSVPs opened with a twist: attending as player, or as crowd.
The draw
Sixteen players confirmed through RSVP; the round-robin order of play designed and published to the event page alongside the menu.
Two players down
A pulled calf and a work trip. The bracket redrew, two crowd members were promoted to players, and the order of play was reissued — Emma approved the new draw from her phone.
Match point
Sixty-four guests, a finals match at golden hour, and a scoreboard that had the score before the players did.
