The brief
Nine designs around a painted christening bowl — invitation, program, luncheon menu, place cards, thank-yous. Two venues, one Sunday: the chapel, then the garden luncheon.
The suite, approved
The full nine presented together so grandparents’ opinions could be survived once, not five times. Green lights across the board in a week.
Three generations, one list
Households from great-grandmother to newborn cousins — car-pool notes, highchair counts, and a quiet-room plan captured at RSVP.
The godparents’ toddler
A schedule collision meant the godparents arrived with a two-year-old in tow. Luncheon seating re-drawn around a highchair, the quiet room stocked, the program’s procession reordered — approved in one evening call.
The final hymn
A hymn change from the rector three Sundays out. Program revised, reproofed and reprinted with no drama and no phone tree.

Ceremony at eleven, luncheon at one. Every guest seated, every program in place, and a family whose hands were free for exactly what mattered.
