Can every guest get
a different invitation?
Most people assume not, because printing one design many times is how stationery has always worked. It is no longer the only option.
Can every guest receive a different invitation?
Yes. One file is generated per guest from a single approved design, carrying that guest's own name, their own language, their table, and a personal code or QR. The design is identical; the details are theirs. It is the difference between printing 200 copies of one card and producing 200 individual cards.

What can differ per guest.
| Element | Per guest? | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Name and household | Sim | Addressed personally rather than "and Guest" — and it removes the plus-one ambiguity entirely. |
| Idioma | Sim | A guest reads the invitation in their own language, from the same design. |
| Table assignment | Sim | Printed on the guest's own piece rather than hunted for on a board. |
| Personal code or QR | Sim | Their reply link, their check-in, their own page — no shared password. |
| Meal or session | Sim | Only the sessions that guest is invited to appear on their card. |
| The design itself | Não | One approved identity. Personalisation is the content, never the design. |

When it is worth it.
- Large guest lists. Past a couple of hundred, hand-addressing is a real cost and errors are certain. Generated files remove both.
- Events spanning languages. The alternative is printing two versions and guessing which guest gets which.
- Multi-session events. Guests invited to some parts and not others get a card that shows only their parts, which prevents the commonest day-of confusion.
- Anywhere the plus-one rule matters. A card addressed to exactly the people invited cannot be misread.

One design, then one file per guest — name, language, table and personal code. It is the capability that distinguishes this house from a print shop.
