For professionals

You run the event.
We run the design.

A design house inside your business. Every client gets an original suite drawn for their occasion — never a template — and the guest platform that runs the replies, the households and the seating comes with it. You keep the client relationship. We keep the standard.

01

The part of your job that does not scale

Bespoke design per client is the least scalable thing a planner does — and the easiest to be let down on.

Most planners broker stationery to freelancers: variable quality, variable timelines, and a chase every time. The alternative has been template marketplaces, which are fast and look it.

Evorrah is the third option — a house with a fixed price, a fixed process and a fixed standard. Two moodboard directions within 48 hours of the brief, the full suite five business days after your client picks one. Every piece drawn for that occasion.

02

What your client gets that a freelancer cannot give them

One design, followed all the way. Invitation, menu, place cards, signage, order of service — all cut from the same direction, so the evening reads as one hand rather than seven purchases.

A card for every guest, by name. One file per guest: addressed personally, greeted in their own language, carrying their own table and their own QR code. Up to 1,000 guests. No other studio in this category does this, because it needs software as well as taste.

The guest side, included. RSVPs, households, plus-ones, dietary notes, seating and guest messaging — in the same portal as the designs, at no extra cost. It is not a separate subscription.

Print-ready files, to your printer. We do not print or ship. You keep your print relationships; we hand over files that will not fail on press.

What we are still deciding, and would rather ask you about Professional pricing, how work is presented under your name rather than ours, and how many events an account should hold before it needs a different shape. These are open questions, and the people on this list are the ones we will ask. If you would rather tell us now, say so in the last field.

03

Early access

Opening in stages, smallest first — because the house takes five events at a time and we would rather be honest about that than take your client and be late.

No newsletter, no sequence. We write when there is something to say about this, and you can stop it in one reply. See our Privacy Policy.

Questions professionals actually ask

Do you work under our name or yours?
That is one of the open questions above, and it is the one professionals disagree on most. Today the work is presented as Evorrah's. If white-labelling matters to you, say so on the form — it is the clearest signal we can get about whether to build it.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each event is commissioned individually, the same as for a direct host — $149 to $3,099 depending on the occasion and the number of pieces. A professional account changes how many events one login can hold, not how they are paid for.
Do you print?
No, and we do not intend to. You receive print-ready files and use your own printer. That is deliberate: it keeps your print relationships yours, and it keeps us out of a logistics business we would be worse at than you are.
How fast is it, really?
Two moodboard directions within 48 hours of a complete brief. The full suite five business days after your client approves a direction. The house takes five events at a time, which is why access opens in stages rather than all at once.
What if my client wants something we have already seen?
Nothing is a template. Every suite is drawn for one occasion — the showroom has fifty finished commissions across seventeen occasions, and no two share a palette, a typeface pairing or a motif. If your client wants a direction they saw, we start from the brief that produced it, not from the file.
