We met at somebody else's Sunday lunch in 2018 — I had been brought along by a friend, he was the one who had cooked, and between us we knew about three people in the room. We started our own the following month, mostly so there would be somewhere for the leftovers to go. The eighth of November is the hundredth. We only know the number because Ruben has photographed the pot every single time. Half six, which means seven.
