Nell draws pressed specimens for a university herbarium — one uniform line in a 0.35 technical pen, no shading and no colour, because the plates print in a single ink. She has drawn a few thousand of them for other people's publications and signed every one in the corner where nobody looks. This is the first one that is hers. Two things worth knowing before you post.
Post after the invitations land. Replies are due back by 1 March, so the invitations go out well
ahead of that — wait about a week after they arrive.
Post the file as it is. No crop, no filter, no added frame. It is one ink at one line weight,
and a filter is the fastest way to make a uniform line look uneven — and every platform re-compresses
once, so anything done to it first is compressed twice.
